As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and The Ready State Certified Mobility Coach, I am prepared to help you feel safe and confident in navigating your health and fitness goals. I offer a holistic and collaborative approach to programing strength and conditioning, including weightlifting, plyometrics, cardio, coordination, balance, and mobility. Together we will address and aim to improve any movement restrictions and incident level pain. I also offer guidance on nutrition and setting up your environment at home to support your fitness goals. I work with all ages, performance goals, and injury histories. Let's work together to create a healthier and stronger you.
What Is Functional Training?
​Functional training is exercise that focuses on movements mimicking real-life activities while prioritizing spinal mechanics. These movements start at the hips and shoulders with good examples being hip hinging, squatting, deadlifting, jumping, pushing, and pulling. It aims to improve athletic performance, prevent injury, and train muscles to work together. This training style mainly involves compound movements making it beneficial for overall fitness, daily life, and sport activities.

Begin anytime! Viroqua Athletic Club members can pay per session or save with a month commitment. Pay online or in person!
